This bag is so much fun! It’s great for working on timing and accuracy. But also great stress release. I love that you can work your way around the bag, full 360, and that the bag goes all over. Takes more effort or focus than a regular punching bag because the reflex bag moves. It’s amazing for sharpening your reflexes and improving your punching precision. I can’t recommend this enough! I wish I had bought this years ago instead of a punching bag. Seriously, this is fun and an awesome workout!

I needed something I could easily move around and didn't take up a whole lot of space, so this fit the bill. So far seems pretty sturdy, I am worried about the plastic joint that connects the spring and rod to the frame but so far it's holding up. The bag itself feels like a very durable/solid foam and actually surprised me a bit I was expecting it to be softer, but I suppose the firmer it is the longer it will last. It's heavy enough to stay put when kicks or punches are thrown at it, but light enough to not make it such a hassle to move it if needed. I definitely recommend this for kids as well as experienced martial artists.

I bought this for our P.T gym for balance and coordination exercises for my elderly patients. It went over like gangbusters, especially for the men! I found it to be of good quality but yet lightweight enough that anyone can use it, even children. It is not at child's toy but yet not so difficult that a senior can use it. An everlast brand is pictured and that is what they sent. I thought I would get a cheap brand and they were just using the everlast picture but it is actually an everlast bag. These run over $100 usually and it is a good reflex bag. Good buy in my book!
