I live in a mountainous area and these sound clear as a bell. I have tried a few other brands with almost no signal. The only issue I have is that they don’t always charge when I place them in the charger, sometimes I have to remove the battery to charge them.

These headsets are great for our restaurant kitchen. One headset is not working correctly (it could hear but no voice output), and we are having trouble fully charging in the #8 slot on the charger.
