Super easy installation. The bass unit connected to the bar with ZERO input from me. HDMI cord (proivded) and an optical cord (provided) connected to the TV and he sound is SO much better. The built in Alexa lets me access all the music in my Prime Music library and almost eliminates the need for my free standing Bose Acoustimass Sourround Sound System for day to day listening. The Ebay performed perfectly and I'm happy as a clam in mud (to mix my metaphor.)

Great sound! Really like the ability to increase the voice audio to the different types of programming. It is so nice having Alexa built into this sound bar so that you can use audio commands to control the sound bar functions. The wireless subwoofer is another big plus.

Sounds great, definitely worth the money. The only drawback is that it doesn't work with WiFi that uses a captive portal to login (WiFi that directs you to a webpage where you usually enter a username and password to connect). A software update to fix this would make it perfect.

Having all of Alexa's features with the BIG sound of the Command Bar in our living room is great. I moved my previous (kinda wimpy) sound bar and Echo Dot to the bedroom.

Great bass from the sub woofer. I really like the voice adjust on the remote which will bring up voices in the center channel while leaving other background noises at the previous volume level. Helps me understand words in a movie. The only problem I have is if I ask Alexa to mute volume and leave it on mute for too long ( say about 3 minutes) she just shuts the sound bar off, don't know why. One other issue is the not too sensitive remote - have to be quite close to get it to work. Will not work without several tries while I am in my chair directly in front of TV about 10 feet away. But overall, very nice unit. Glad I bought it.
