I only take this twice a day and have been using it for 4 months, I have added inches to my upper body, especially my biceps and triceps,lats,pecs, shoulders and quads. My endurance levels have also increased dramatically and I work out hard 3 days a week and do core 6 days a week and if I miss a pill time I know it in about 2-3 hours as I don't quite have it!
