Dragged across concrete is a cautionary tale about what happens when you make ethical choices under extreme duress that you normally wouldn't make. More often than not these choices have grave consequences. The characters involved are believable and the plot very compelling with great dialogue and action sequences. This is a superior movie to those Mel Gibson has done recently and is probably his best in a long while.
