Denise's aerobic workouts have helped me keep trim and toned since 1999, so when I wanted to whittle some more from the waist, naturally I turned back to her. This DVD has several brief but effective routines, so I choose one each time to add to my regular aerobic sessions. As always, Denise varies the level of intensity in each of the routines to make it perfect for everyone, beginners on up to "the driven." This DVD was exactly what I needed!
I really liked this workout series. It is done in 10 minute segments, so you can adjust your workout to fit a hectic schedule. There are different exercises in each segment (for the most part) so you don't get tired of doing the same thing over and over again. But, most importantly, I could actually see results after a couple of months. Sometimes Denise is a bit cheesy, but overall its a great work out.
Great exercises from a known fitness expert. I worked out to her tapes for years, but technology moves on and my new TV does not recognize VCR tapes so I bought the DCD.
