I purchased the screen because of the cost and their ability to give me the min 1200 x 900 ratio aspect I needed to run my software. I bought 2 used for a little less than the price of one new one to set up a small home music studio. I'm not sure how well the graphics are for gaming and if you use VGA connections be aware that your computer might not recognize them as Asus monitors but generics. However if you use DVI connections they are recognizable and able to produce better graphics with supported graphics cards. All in all I think they are a good purchase and suit my need as I have them both set up side by side with my 42" flat screen mounted just above them and it gives me all the room I need to use my production software.
