Awesome easy to use and very fast. I had one of these for many years before it finally wore out. So I found this new on and everything is back to normal and the new scanner works just as good and has some new features. it only take probably .4 of a second longer to duplex scan. This is an incredible machine, very good quality. Highly recommend this particular scanner

This is a wonderful unit, when it works. It will not load to my Windows 10 at all but works great on Win 8.1 machine. I bought it because the ads say it is Win 10 ready and XEROX and Windows 10 have not made it work yet. That is very disappointing and I have to have two computers operating to use it. Scan on Win 8.1 machine and transfer to Win 10 machine. I wish Xerox would get its act together, or Microsoft, this is too good of a machine to go to waste by not being able to use it with the latest operating system. I had one that had internal errors, but the one I have now is perfect and it loaded on the 8.1 machine very quickly and worked perfectly from the start.

Great speed. good resolution even when it sacrifices quality to speed in the ATF (same resolutions give different quality images using the flat bed and using the ATF). I have had very few paper jams, and all of them was caused for poor quality of the documents. It have a good speed in low to mid resolution (100-400 DPI) with few jams that have become less as I improved my usage of the scaner.

This is an amazing scanner for the money. I could not get it to setup on my Windows XP machine but it installed easily on 8. We have run 500 - 600 documents through the feeder with no trouble. The photo scanning is very impressive. I am doing away with piles of old photos collecting dust in a box. I would say it would be hard to go wrong with this scanner.
