I have used Fender Amps for almost 50 years and always stuck with the older ones from the 60's. I sold-off my collection to pay for medical expenses. After playing through some recent reissues, I found the '68 Vibrolux Reissue to be the best of the lot. The two 10 inch speakers are ideal for gigs along with the 35-to- 40 watts RMS. It provides enough clean headroom to do some old Surf tunes and gets the classic Fender tone that is so desirable. The inclusion of the "Custom" channel provides a nice even overdrive sound that's not overbearing. The amp is well made and is rugged enough for continuous use. I primarily use Telecaster-type guitars and the amp responds nicely with the anticipated spank. It also warms up well to guitars with humbucking pickups. At about 40 pounds, this old rocker can carry it around without breaking my back.Read full review

I've played many Fender amplifiers over the years and the custom Vibrolux reissues has some of the best qualities of all of them! Projected clear, solid tones from the dual 10 inch speakers sings like a boutique amp! The brightness switch is not unlike a pretense knob, it can be tweaked easily by controlling the treble both on the amp and guitar. The bass is pronounced and deep without being boomy, but then I play mostly modified telecasters. There are some surprising sounds that come out of this amp when pushed but itvalso sings at lower volumes with much clarity. My other main amp is the Deluxe reverb (22 watts) and while the reverb is tremendous on both, the Vibrolux simply produces a much lusher and pointed tone.

I am an older musician and was raised on 60's & 70's Fender tube amps. I own two original 1968's, a BandMaster Reverb and a Dual Showman. I recently bought this little jewel at a demo discount price. This amp performs equally as well as both of my others with that classic deep rich tone Fender tube amps are famous for. The reverb sounds just as good as my BandMasters with the added benefit being available on both channels. Fender hit a home run, a definite keeper amp fo me.

Small enough to move easily, yet powerful enough for just about any club gig. The two 10" Celestions sparkle and insure that none of the classic Fender tube tone is lost. I received this product exactly as described and in a very timely manner. All in all it was a great buying experience and I couldn't be happier with the product.
