    Milwaukee anvil

    Lost ball bearing out of anvil. Replaced anvil with new part instead of replacing whole tool. Much cheaper. Works great and a easy fix.

    Perfect repair kit

    After much irritation with Milwaukee Uk saying I can’t just buy this part, I need to buy the whole gearbox, I turned to the USA who don’t get ripped off as much as us. This is perfect and my ratchet is back to brand new status again!

    m12 1/4" replacement anvil

    i had broken my 3/8" drive M12, and ordered a new one. then i found this drop-in replacement anvil, and ordered it. it fit perfectly into the old M12 . So now i have a 1/4" drive M12, and a 3/8" drive M12!!

    Quality control issues

    After reading several reviews on here and Amazon of people saying this part didn't work for them, slipping and grinding in the ratchet head etc I took the gamble and installed it in my 3/8 anyway.....just my luck I had the same problem, so I removed the anvil assembly and stripped it down and compared to the 3/8 assembly.....the cam was installed backwards from the factory, after rotating it 108 degrees it works fine. Simple fix but sure was aggravating to figure out. I docked a star for said QC issue, but I will still buy another if I need it
