Nice lower garage under the deck roof kept filling with debris causing water backups and leakage. The previous owner spent thousands to fix it with negative results. Devised a plan to use 3/4" pressure treated plywood to cover the entire surface. Under was a 2" to 0" furring strips from the house side to the yard side. Added drains at the yard side for the last foot. Then used the Goop epoxy to seal the top surface. I used eleven eight pound cans to cover. Worked great. To finish, used 470 NewTechWood 12x12 composite deck squares. Looks great and no leaks. 😎

I haven't gotten on the water yet but it looks like it's going to be just what I wanted for the bottom of my jon boat. I bought a cheap scale to ratio the two materials. 7:1 Use an old paint brush with bristles cut down. foam rubber won't do the job.
