This unit has been tested and I can not get it to power up once plugged it. I have connected another cord that fit that I know did work and it did not want to power up at all. So, it seems there is a issue with either the power supply or the connections inside. Overall, it is complete with case and power cord. It is fairly clean for its age and looks to have nothing missing from it. I have tried my hardest to find one like it, and the only 2 I found was on a royal typewriters data base. One was in a collectors possession and the other was from a man who didn't know the date or serial number of the one in his possession. So, it looks like from everything I can gather on it, it is not common to see them on Ebay or online. I think it is in great shape for its age and I hope that someone can fix or repair this typewriter back to working function, plus own a rare typewriter as well!”
