This is an awesome piece of equipment. I love the 8 qt size. The larger capacity helps when you want to cook a lot of food. I also like the stainless steel pot. I do not like the non-stick pots. We love beans, but they take a lot of time to cook on the stove. Sometimes the beans are hard when you cook on the stove.. Beans are so easy to cook now. Add your spices and set on the pressure setting for one hour and the beans are tender as can be, The unit is quite vs. a traditional stove top pressure cooker. I have already told a few people about this unit. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Unit works fine. But the directions and recipe book are very vague of its use. Very few recipes. On line there are a few more recipes, but they are very vague also.
