I occasionally need a 12-digit calculator. The battery of the one I had died and there was no easy way to replace it. So I searched eBay to find a replacement and discovered this one. It was very inexpensive and it takes a standard AA battery unlike most calculatores. So I went for it figuring it would just be a cheaply made model. To my surprise, it turns out to be a very well made and easy to use basic calculator with a 12-digit display. It more than met my expectations.

It's a basic calculator, nothing fancy. It's a nice size with large buttons and readout. It runs on solar power even without the battery. There is one problem. The calculator can turn on without pressing the "ON" button. It often turns on when I just pick it up to move it. This is not a big deal when it's on solar power. But if it is on the battery, it could result in a drained battery. But given the low price, this isn't a major issue.

What a great calculator at a bargain price. Large numbers and buttons easy to see easy to use. Doesn’t take up a lot of space on a desk or in a drawer.

This calculator is great! It has 2 00s to use which older ones dont. It is large enough to see numbers and comes with a battery bc cannot rely just on solar. Would recommend buying.

My 1970s old reliable calculator gave up the ghost recently and this is a near replica. It's familiar, comfortable and, perhaps, less expensdive than the original.
