This garment rack is very flimsy and bends to one side quite easily. The instructions say "no tools needed", but it is almost impossible to get the bottom rods to stay in without a hammer. Put one rod in and start the second - the first one comes out, etc. It took over an hour to finally get all four rods to stay in. I bought this to use in a business and just today noticed that the bottom rods were falling out - took me 20-30 minutes to finally get them to stay in long enough to pound them in to stay - for who knows how long. Had to remove all the clothing and totally readjust the rack. Instructions for assembly are simply in pictures - no written instructions.
