My watch arrived earlier than expected! It was shipped with care and arrived without damage! I opened the box to a fresh new smell. It came 'Brand New' as described and is very shiny. Online, the color of the watch face looked more gold underneath the gold 'MK' initials but in person, the watch face is a cream color, but no issue. I look forward to wearing it, as soon as I have the band adjusted to fit my small wrist. All in all, I would purchase from this seller again. Give them a try! 👌👌
