This transaction was fine but I have an issue with sellers who take USPS Priority Mail supplies and use it for packaging without actually paying for the service. In this cast the seller used both a Priority mail padded envelope and a Priority shipping box, then put the item in a lightweight plastic envelope to ship. As far as I'm considered, this is stealing from the post office and taxpayers. These shipping supplies are available for PURCHASE from many retail outlets.
