I took around 8 dresses from different places through eBay during the same week, the prices were very close as the quantity and they accepted returns , this Ivonchas was the only one who didn’t accept returns. Bad choice.
The dress suppose to be size 12 months but it fit as new born , supposed to be dress and it looks like a top, new and look old, new with tags and I receive apart and old tag . I can’t avoid to think they knew what they were doing that is why they don’t accept returns. $28.00
