This thin oven element was placed inside a large box without any packing material and sent USPS. It arrived bent and unusable. I messaged the seller on the date of delivery, March 12 to advise of the condition. They responded same day and stated they have shipped their items in this careless manner for 6 years and it's not their fault how the carrier handled the package. They responded right away on the 12th but have yet to process the refund request. Buyer beware.
