Buyer was encouraged to open a return so we could supply the return label, and they never did. They were never told anything about a cost to return the item, that is a total fabrication, we have free returns. They kept making false claims about the transaction in order to blame us for the situation, but we can't make a customer return the item. If it was defective, why would you want to keep it?
