Leap Frog discontinued the software needed to personalize this laptop, so I'm stuck with a toy that says "Hi Olivia!" (previous owner's name) The personalization feature was the only reason I searched Ebay for this older model. Otherwise, I might as well have purchased the newer model with more generic greetings.
