Really responsive drone with multiple power settings. Perfect beginner drone, easy to fly. Camera not the greatest but for less than $100 it's a really great value.

Overall the Holy Stone F181 is a pretty good drone, for the money. I have 3 of them, and all are the same. They fly well when everything works properly. I've had issues with the small pinion gears on the armature shafts coming off in flight. This of course makes the drone uncontrollable. They are also very sensitive to wind. Even a small amount of wind has a pretty noticeable effect on control. Overall they are fairly easy to fly, and the controls all work well. The controller screen works well, and is easy to read in sunlight. I still don't understand all the information on the display, but the power level feature, lights, and camera indicator are Okay. I feel one of the best features is the camera. It really works well, and takes very good pictures as well as video. In video mode you capture the motor noise, but also can hear other sounds in the area. The picture quality of both still photo and video is pretty good for such a small camera unit. You can adjust the lens angle from straight ahead to about a 45 degree downward . My overall rating is Okay, because of the sensitivity to wind, and mechanical issues.Read full review

Really well priced drone. Very stable and easy to fly. As it doesn't connect to a device you can't tell what you are recording until you have plugged the SD card into your computer. My son loves it.

I bought this drone to use the camera because enjoy photography and the camera has never worked. This drone flies well, but it was purchased with the intent to take videos. The camera wires became disconnected from the drone and does not work at all. This is useless to me! Junk!
