Vipertek stun gun is improving....
A bit tricky to measure the effects of product since it will not be used very often. The design is good since the cases appear to be smaller than past versions. Good for females. The spark is strong and the light has improved. so far so good. I would recommend for peace of mind, and protection. get pepper spray as an addition.

Works great, has design flaws
Works great. Only problem is that the electrical terminals run along the outside, quite close to the buttons and the handle. So if you're not careful, you could get zapped. If you want a good one, look for a military one, ac current, 65 million volts.

I like this product because the batteries can be recharged rather than replaced. When the Muscle Man I had died, new batteries would not bring it back to life. My Vipertek battery died and all I needed to do was plug it in to recharge.

Needs better quality gun holder/case.
The stun gun itself was as good as my last one. But the carrying case (cloth) leaves much to be desired. The belt strap broke the very first time I wore it. I noticed there was only "1" stitch holding the top and bottom belt loop. I had to stitch it myself in order to use it. The very same thing happened on the one I purchased 6 years ago. As good and reliable as the gun is, the case is a total joke! Both times, I was fortunate not to have it fall off and not notice it........ Powerful rechargeable stun gun
Easily fits in a pocket and stays charged all day. I take it with me on all of my dog walks and in the evening the flashlight comes in handy. Thankfully I have not had to use the stun gun feature but I feel safer now that I have it with me.
