This my second RMR04 from Trijicon and there is nothing else on the market this small that offers so much. Zero parallax and a perfect 7 MOA amber dot for quick target acquisition each and every time. Mounted on both my FNX 45 Tactical and Glock 40 MOS these little reflex sights take a pounding with zero issues. The dual version over the battery operated model was my personal choice allowing immediate use in ALL lighting conditions including complete darkness where the tritium material takes over making the dot visible. Trying to get a good sight picture wearing glasses with bifocals takes the fun out of shooting. It also makes you second guess your chances in a defensive situation. I mounted the Trijicon RMR RM04 on my 10mm Glock. Mounting was easy, zeroing was easy and accuracy is back to 99.99% at 50 yards. Target acquisition is immediate a well for follow up rounds.

Expensive as heck but worth the cost of admission. Since I'm over 40 iron sights are worthless to me, this type of sight puts the sight focus way out in front of the gun so i can see the dot in focus as well as the target, it's literally infinitely better than iron sights. This brand is the best and with the lack of batteries and using tritium for night sighting, but more useful is the light gathering that makes the brightness relative to ambient lighting all the time. The dot size will be relative to the distance from your eye so keep that in mind; if you use on a rifle where your eye is closer you'll get a smaller dot; on a pistol at arms length the dot gets larger. The RM04 has the smallest dot of the tritium models and the one i'd recommend for pistol use. Save your $ up and get the best you won't be unhappy.Read full review
After owning just about every pistol red dot, I’ve settled on this Trijicon model. The design makes sense. It’s durable, accurate and best of all it doesn’t have batteries. I’ve learned that if it’s a electronic device, it isn’t “will it fail”, it’s “when will it fail”.
