One knife too tight but can be oiled and worked in. Good value for the money
This is not my first purchase of this type knife. When you receive them they need to be oiled and the mechanism (FLICK) worked in so that they open easily and without fail. In this order one worked in well and the other was tighter. I spent some time opening and closing the blade and now the one that was tight has loosened to an acceptable degree but not as nice as the other two I own.

Manufacturing not consistence.
I gave it a 3, because 1 works great and the second one does not. The problem is that when you open it, the blade lock goes all the way over and get stuck on the other side of the blade and will not release. You than have to loosen the blade screw, and then with a screw driver try to slide the blade lock back past the blade to close. Retighten the blade screw and play with it untill the blade will open and the lock without going pass the other side of the blade and getting stuck. The only problem is that now the blade screw has to be to tight to stop the lock from going pass the blade. I gave it a 3, because 1 works great and the second one does not. Solid, heavy, smooth
The knife is very well made considering the price. I have purchased seven of these knives. It is heavy in your hand, not like cheaply made knives I have handled. The spring assist is fluid and smooth, and the lock is solid. The wood handles are tight and the pocket clip is strong. I chose this knife based, in part, by the location of the pocket clip. When I reach into my pocket to retrieve the knife, the blade and assist lever is in the ready position. The clip location on other knives require you to flip the knife around in your hand before opening. The knife is very well made considering the price. I have purchased seven of these knives. Handles well; blade locks securely, releases easily on command
Pro: simple, can be sharpened; feels good in the hand; blade locks securely; easy to disassemble and clean (see "cons" for that); hinge screw (size 8 Torx) does a good job but Con: tiny handle screws easily strip (Torx size 6 head); spring is anemic. Considering price, this is a very nice knife.

Cheap quality
The knives are nice looking but the plastic handle does come loose and the lock for the blade will get stuck and have to be forced open so that the blade may close. The blade itself is poorly sharpened and when sharpened with a 3 step sharpener the blade still lacks in quality. Unfortunately one of the worst knives I’ve bought so far.
