Bought this bi-pod for my AR-15 5.56. Works really well and can stand up to several hundred rounds without any need for adjustment. Original set up it easy just pay attention to the adjustment settings and off you go.

It it my opinion that this the best Bipod for the money. Have several of these in different sizes. I ordered the 6 to 9 inch this time cause they are going on 2 SKS's. Rock solid. And no rattle like some of the other bipods.

Although I have mounted it, I haven't had a chance to use it. But looking at it closely, it appears to be of good quality that should work perfectly. I highly doubt that the recoil of a 223 will do any type of damage.

Not bad at all! It's not a $60 Harris(looks just like one) but it is of solid construction and will hold up to the few times a year when I snipe a coyote. If I were running thru trenches under fire I'd spend more $. The tightening screw on bipod adapter looks and feels flimsy is only negative I see. Overall very descent, looks and feels legit. Definitely buy if on a budget or for light use

It works okay for my 17hmr. The only thing I am concerned about is it loosened up some and had to retighten the adjuster bolt. If it does it every time that will be a issue. Note I only shot it 25 times and it did this. Now if it were a bigger caliber I don't know what would happen where as a 17 caliber doesn't have much recoil!
