The quality is not bad although the retaining strap should be at a different angle it does fit many different types of automatics and even a few revolvers that I own would have been nice if you would have come with provision for magazines but for the price it's it's okay

I own a nice leather M7 holster, for my 1911...and a similar one for the Victory Model S&W. I enjoy this method of carrying a sidearm, and was hoping for a similar experience, but in a more generic manner, with the ability to holster other automatics. This holster DOES absolutely do the job, but...it doesn't sit flat against my torso like the M7, and thus looks kind of goofy. Does it hold just about any handgun I own? Yes it absolutely does. It is an inexpensive and functional solution. Yet I feel like a dork wearing it.I own a nice leather M7 holster, for my 1911...and a similar one for the Victory Model S&W. Does the trick for a great price.
I used the holster this weekend on a 3 mile hike in the Tucson mountains. I never once had to adjust it, and it never got, nor felt like it was in the way. I used it to carry a pretty heavy Ruger 38 special revolver. For the price you can’t beat it. I would buy again.

Holds the firearm almost as pictured; does move around a little. For it's intended purpose, holding the firearm at easy access when in a vehicle, or out for a hike, it works well. I'm happy with it. It'll even hold a full-size revolver, like a S&W 357.
