This flux works really well when soldering stranded wire, or soldering to a Circuit board. Has took a lot of the frustration out of making nice connections. You don’t use very much of this bottle should last you for years unless you do it daily. I highly recommend this product

This product did not work for me, unfortunately. I used it with "activity solder"-2% flux, Sn-0.3, Ag-0.7, Cu. I could not get the solder to adhere to the metal surface. I had to clean the metal surface completely and use another solder material-ROSIN CORE SOLDER-Sn63, Pb37, Flux 1.8% ( without using this product). Sorry !

Works great. It does set quickly, however, and can make the childproof cap difficult to remove if it sits for a while after use. Recommend changing the cap to non-child proof type, if it can be safely kept from unauthorized use, or move the rosin to a different container.
