Well, it brews very fast, not hard to use, but I didn't realize these Nespresso machines use the silly k-cup style thingies. So, as a product, yes, it does what it claims, does it well, and in all honesty it's just the thing to put at your desk... has a water reservoir good for two "large" cups, no mess with powdered coffee, and brews very fast.
