Wonderful tablet, so much faster than my old Tab E. Very stable with no hiccups. Being an old TV tech, I love being able to adjust the screen grey scale(RGB). The product was shipped quickly and carefully in pristrne condition with the the samsung 2-step(quick) charger. I am VERY happy with the product and the service. Highly recommend!

The screen often "grays out." And sometimes it "dark greys" so much you can't see the keyboard. It sometimes takes 20-40 seconds until it "un-grays." (This is different from the going-to-sleep grey that responds to a touch.)
