Terrible seller! This is the 2nd pair, as the 1st had small shafts and missing stitches. I wore them ONCE and heels began to deteriorate -- that is absurd! I asked for partial refund to pay for repairs; they refused, blaming me for walking funny! I now worry that soles are also cheap rubber and will erode quickly which would cost $155 to replace. It took me 3 calls to customer service before I reached a supervisor who granted me a full refund, but I really had to work for it. AVOID THIS SELLER!

The boots were too narrow for my wife’s foot. I contacted the seller through E-bay, and he was happy to accept a return. He helped me with ordering the correct size and width for my wife. He was professional and polite. He also expedited the shipping for us, as they are needed for a family wedding.I would definitely purchase from him again. The boots were better than the photos! Great customer service. I received my lamp with a messed up non working light cord. I contacted the seller. Whoever was on the other side of the ebay store messaged me back saying to call a phone number they gave me for customer service. I called, left a message. I received a text asking about the problem. I sent pics and videos of the messed up cord. I was told the I would be send a new cord. I receive my new cord today and am now enjoying my lamp! Mistakes happen, and it was resolved.
