I ordered two eyeshadow palettes. One of the two arrived broken. The eyeshadow palettes were thrown into an envelope with no extra cushion or bubble wrap. I provided a photo to the seller. Seller is providing a partial $3 refund of the total $26 that I paid. Also, I was charged for two shipping charges, even though my products were shipped in one single envelope.

Both of these eyeshadow palettes were in a thick bubble wrap mailer NOT a standard mailer not to mention the fact that the buyer is refusing to send a full picture of the supposed damaged product. The seller also is the one that selected combined shipping and NEVER mentioned anything about the price. Send the necessary pictures and proof and I will issue a refund as I STATED IN THE TEXT!!!
