The Blu-Ray player was packaged beautifully in bubble wrap. It is in mint condition and looks and operates like brand new. Every item in the pictures was included and received. The shipping was slightly delayed, but that was not the seller's fault. It was due to the staff shortages at UPS and the talk break downs with the union and the strike looming. I am very pleased with my purchase and would definitely buy from this 5 star A++ seller again!!
