USPS mis routed my package and what was shown to be delivered on July 13th didn’t reach me until July 29th. However if Victoria hadn’t stepped in and dealt with the post office (which probably was not easy) I never would have received them! She kept me advised every step of the way. I very much appreciate her efforts. The shoes are great, everything was as described.
