Item packaged well. Item was shipped about a week after purchase, and for some reason it didn’t take power initially. I unplugged and retried different combinations of power sources, and now it works fine without any problems or special power needs. Item is in great conditions, works as intended. If anyone else has issues out of the box, try unplugging and plugging in several times with different power cables, mikey eventually worked after several tries.
