I ordered a used sweatshirt from the seller. The most angering part is that my wife had tried to ask them to measure it to verify the size. Not only did she not respond, but she actually blocked my wife from even buying anything from her. As a result I had to buy it to get around that. As for the sweatshirt, there were holes in the cuffs of both sleeves. This was not mentioned in the add, nor were there any images where you would be able to see them. Would not recommend this seller.

The listing clearly stated, "This hoodie is designed by Hollister to look distressed with fraying throughout." Hollister does this on about 50% of their men's clothing items. The fraying did not go all the way through on the elbows, and is not "holes". It was designed this way by Hollister. Everything I sell on eBay comes with a 30-day free-shipping return policy as clearly stated in the listing. If you didn't like the hoodie, why didn't you simply return it?

I bought a jacket on the 19th of December that was supposed to be delivered on the 26th, until today I haven't received it, I contacted the seller who, in addition to taking a long time to respond, was very stupid, rude, I still haven't received the item or the refund, worst experience on eBay, I don't recommend it, very rude seller!👎👎

This is a crazy person who hounded me with messages until I finally said I was not going to respond any more. She opened a case with eBay for an undelivered order. I sent her the tracking info showing that the package was in her hometown. eBay said the case will be resolved 3 days from today. She continued to send me messages. Finally, I said to myself, "This is a crazy person," and I told her I would no longer be able to respond to her messages. She continued sending messages.
