Seller said item was “ready to use” except needed balloons. Turns out half of the valve system was missing so I had to buy a $99 valve kit from Storz and Bickel. He offered to refund but he already lied about one thing, like hell I’m going to send the item back and “trust” he returns the money. The item did have a broken light which was mentioned in the ad and that’s okay, I’m cool with the light. But this thing was not fully functional as advertised.
