Glasses were nicely packed in box with individual sections. Ordered 4 glasses but at first only 2 arrived. Contacted seller. After checking the seller discovered that the packer had inadvertently left another box of two in another location. With apologies the seller immediately sent the last two. They are beautiful, look brand new. This seller was friendly, concerned and corrected the problem immediately. Recommend this seller. Nice person.
