This is the best book I have ever purchased!
I bought this book at the suggestion of a somatics practitioner. While somatics has helped me, Energy Medicine has taken help to a new level. This is a great book. I love the information it contains, the readability, and the practical help it offers. There is so much you can do for yourself without doctors or drugs to help get your energy moving in a positive direction. I am only sorry I did not read this sooner!I bought this book at the suggestion of a somatics practitioner. While somatics has helped me, Energy Medicine has taken help to a new level. This is a great book. I love the information it contains, the readability, and the practical help it offers. If you read carefully and apply these tools to your life, you can keep your yourself much healthier. I tell all my friends about Energy Medicine. Now they have an Energy Medicine kit which teaches the simple exercises that you can do to enhance your daily life.This is actually my favorite book I have ever bought.
