After buying the item, the seller shipped it pretty much immediately. It took the USPS over a week to get it to me. THIS WAS NO FAULT OF THE SELLER! Also, the seller responded to questions rapidly and kindly. Seller is 10/10. USPS is 3/10.

This seller is great. They sent me the drum pads right before Christmas as I requested. Unfortunately, we had to return them because they weren't the right fit but my husband didn't package them properly. Hence, one arrived damaged and one got lost in shipping. However, the seller was considerate to give us a partial refund. Given the circumstances, I thought it was fair and I appreciated the seller's professionalism and emotional intelligence in handling the situation. Would highly recommend.

    A risky purchase

    I purchased two of these in the past 6 months and they are now both dead. One got noisy and then died, and the other was flakey since the first day I received it. It's probably related to the internal power supply which I'm not going to bother fixing on such a cheap unit. Read all the reviews before purchasing this. I know these sound decent when they work, but this is one piece of old gear that isn't going to last the long haul.
