Dear Provider: just pulled my new jacket out here in Texas as the hot weather took a short break due to the tropical storm that hit. I wanted to let you know that while the jacket fits perfectly, the zipper has a flaw in it and can’t be zipped up. While I am certain that this s truly a “fluke”, I wanted to let you know. I ran by my cleaners to double check as well, however they could not zip it and didn’t want to force it. Yours truly, Lisa Cauthen
