    Terrific product, deserves better documentation

    Stellar product. Amazing sound. Ridiculously low price for this quality. I use this DAC in my hifi system between my ipad and my McIntosh MA6700 integrated amp. There was a very noticible improvement in sound quality. Basically, it was like a curtain being lifted in front of me. (I have pretty high-end speakers. I don't know if that matters.) There are an amazing number of parameters you can set. The only downside is the documentation. It's written like a dictionary, e.g., on this screen there are these 10 parameters and you can adjust them. What's missing is task-based documentation, e.g., to set up your hifi system, do the following 10 steps. The manual expects you to figure how to do things yourself. But the DAC itself is terrific. Tech support answered my question within a day. So, +1 ...
