Item listed as New. Came torn and damaged. Told seller this was a special gift for my wife's birthday and was still not told about the rips in the pocket book. I am extremely disappointed to say the least !!! I would think About purchasing from this seller if I didn't already know. SMH..

The seller told me they would give me a full refund including tax and shipping and ship the purse to me anyway. I did receive the item but I am still waiting for a refund and they said that eBay Has to give me a refund.  I definitely will never order from the seller again.
