    Best compact plug and play interface for Mac

    I tried other interfaces and found them noisey and slow. Once I started recording I learnt that other simpler devices quickly became sub standard and frustrating. Straight out of the box this device was recognised and available in all the usual software packs and is so easy to use I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality solution.The free Cubase software is a bit challenging to master.

    Great capability at a bargain price.

    Integrates well with Cubase but not a requirement. Great bargain and a ton of power with a small footprint. Of course the limitation is two inputs, but sometimes depending on application that is enough. Good sounding with quality preamps and zero-latency monitoring of input signals. Cubase AI comes free with it and is also very powerful, although it's a bit complicated to set up. User just needs to be patient and follow the instructions. MacPro Video offers some very good instruction at a reasonable cost, but there are other instructional videos out there that are free via YouTube. Be willing to start off slow and you should have little or no problems.
