Oasis-uhhh...cool.
This was my first experience with Oasis-as you can tell, I avoid the mass media machine. But it was pretty nice-nothing extraordinary as Rolling Stone or Spin might lead you to believe, but that's an indication of the cultural wasteland we live in. (sigh) From what I've heard about these Gallagher brothers, their arrogance/pride needs to be knocked out of 'em and as for their claim to be the Beatles of their time....please! (But I'm not British, so perhaps my philestine tastes just aren't capable of appreciating them. Or maybe I need Ecstacy or some such....) Anyway, the CD will probably be enjoyable once in a while for me-still way better that any of the current noise pollution.
