We were so glad to find an intermediate level clarinet at such a great price that was brand new. The shipping was through FedEx and free, which is great! It arrived on-time and looked just like the advertised picture. It looks to be of good quality with protective wrapping and pad protectors. The band director has yet to try it but I am sure it will be fine. If not, it's nice to have a warranty. Would recommend this seller and instrument.

Your basic plastic clarinet, but nothing to complain about. The keys work fine and there are no issues with the pads. My only grumble is the spring tension on the G# key is too high for my liking.Comes with a mystery reed of unknown provenance that you should toss and replace with a Rico or similar of known strength.
