Good price, but no communication on their behalf. Maybe they were busy, but I wasn’t contacted after I asked when my item would be shipped. It was about a little over a week with no response. Then after my account was refunded. But still no answer to why or what happened, they asked me to revise the negative feedback because they are a small business. I get that they need positives reviews, but no one reached out, How can you reach out for help when you ignored your paying customer.
