I actually received a different pedalboard from what was ordered, however, it was a bit larger and had a slightly higher MSRP. I contacted the seller to see what could be done, noting that despite the higher value, it listed on eBay for about $10 less, and that I would be happy keeping it if I were to be refunded the difference. They asked if I'd prefer a partial refund or a return/exchange and I opted to keep it. So, I left the transaction feeling good about things, and the item is great!
