I just bought a Ludwig/Questlove pocket kit at the same time I bought these cymbals, fearing that the ones that came with the kit would be no good -- and I was right. They look like spray painted sheet metal and sound like it too. But these sound just about as good as any symbols I've ever had, and we're far less expensive than most. I'm very happy with these.
