Item arrived broken. Seller had packaged item poorly so rotor shaft broke. When requesting refund from seller I was offered a counter offer of $100 refund. I declined. O stated they couldn't offer refund for 3 days due to some ebay policy. Not good customer service. I ended up having to have ebay step in and they decided in my favor within 10 minutes of my request. In addition...I should have asked for more pictures because quality of item was POOR.
